AM44 Intercrosse Field:
- 90' x 90' square.
- 10' diameter goal circle.
- The games are divided into four 5-minute periods.
- There is a 24-second shot clock.
- A coin toss will decide who will gets to choose which direction his team will score from an who will have possession first.
- The ball is a tennis ball and the stick is an intercrosse stick
- Yellow cards net a 1-minute suspension (counted as time in play, not real time).
- # of Referees = 1.
- The sport uses the same sticks found in intercrosse.
- The ball can be either 1) the traditional intercrosse balls or 2) a tennis ball.
- Teams may be coed, though they are not required to be.
- A regulation game has 4 players per team on the field at any time; 3 fielders and 1 goalkeeper.
- Min of 5 and a max of 10 players on the roster.
- All 4 Players may run while carrying the ball, or Pass it in any direction to a teammate.
- There are unlimited substitutions; Players not in the game may replace players in the game after a score and during an injury timeout.
- Physical contact is not allowed.
- T-Shirt, Shorts, Soccer Cleats, gloves (optional).
- Similar to rugby, both teams must wear their dark color uniforms during games unless either 1) the teams share similar colors or 2) if someone is colorblind; If that is the case, the designated home team will wear their dark color uniforms and the away team will wear either 1) their lighter color uniforms or 2) an alternative darker color uniform.
- All goals are worth 1pt.
