Roster for All Teams:
- 2-4 competitors for Baseball events.
- 3-6 competitors for Basketball events.
- 4-8 competitors for American Football/Australian Football/Rugby events.
- 2-4 competitors for Golf events.
- 2-4 competitors for Soccer events.
- All competitors must compete in at least 2 events (from different sports), but they can choose which events they wish to participate in & how many (Example: 1 athlete competes in the home run derby, the goal shootout, and the long-distance punt).
- * = required event in all tournaments.
- ^ = optional event at all tournaments, but all tournaments must choose between either a) 1 of 2 or b) 2 of 3 optional events for each sport (ex: Field Goal and QB Challenges for American Football). However, all National & World Championships must host all events even though all competitors don't have to compete in all of them.
- All points earned by every competitor will add up for a grand cumulative total for their teams. The competitor with the most points will be the overall champion of the tournament (same goes for teams).
- Any amateur or professional athlete from any of the aforementioned sports may compete in any amateur or professional tournament(s) so long as it doesn't conflict with the schedule of their leagues and/or the wishes of their superiors within the team/franchise; however, no amateur athlete may earn any money from any tournament, endorsement deal, etc.
- All event and overall championship teams from all tournaments will automatically qualify for all national championships.
- All event and overall champions from all tournaments will automatically qualify to represent their national team for all world championships; If the respective champion is eligible to play for another team and chooses to do so, the runner-up will fill the position.
- If 2 event champions are applying to play for their eligible national team, the player with the better performance in the national tournament is automatically selected.
- A player is eligible to participate on a National CrossSports team if at least 1 of the following criteria is met:
(a) The player is a citizen of the nation the team represents.
(b) The player is qualified for citizenship and/or to hold a passport under the laws of a nation represented by a team, but has not been granted citizenship or been issued a passport; in this case, the player may be made eligible by World CrossSports Association (WCA) upon petition by the player and/or team.
(c) The player is a permanent legal resident of the nation or territory the team represents.
(d) The player was born in the nation or territory the team represents.
(e) The player has one parent who is, or if deceased was, a citizen of the nation the team represents.
(f) The player has one parent who was born in the nation or territory the team represents.
